國立雲林科技大學圖書館藝術中心典藏展覽空間管理要點 National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Library Art Center Collection Exhibition Space Management Guidelines

一、 國立雲林科技大學圖書館藝術中心為有效管理與運用常設展覽空間，以促進藝術文化之推廣、交流和教育，特訂定本要點。

二、 既有典藏展維運機制：

(一)調整為每3-5年展出1年，並爭取藝術家及其家屬追加捐贈。
(二)實體典藏品進行數位化，供民眾線上瀏覽。

三、 新申請典藏展覽資格：

(一)藝術家資格：

1.資深藝術家，其作品具有獨創性，並具有極高名望者。

2.國內外優異藝術家，其作品經教育文化相關機關獎勵或推薦者。

3.教育部審查合格之大專院校專、兼任美術教授。

4.曾獲國際著名展覽會優選或榮譽獎者。

5.其他合於校務發展之展覽。

(二)捐贈作品：需捐贈作品十件以上。

四、 新申請典藏展審查方式：由「國立雲林科技大學圖書館藝術中心諮詢委員會」審查。

五、 新申請典藏展展覽期間：至多以3年展期為限。

六、 展覽方案：

(一)本館自行規劃策展。
(二)捐贈藝術家或其指定人員策劃，並經本館同意後辦理。

七、 本要點經諮詢委員會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

Approved on July 23, 2024, by the First Advisory Committee Meeting of 2024

1. To effectively manage and utilize the permanent exhibition space and to promote the dissemination, exchange, and education of art and culture, the Art Center of the Library at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as “the Art Center”) hereby establishes these guidelines.

2. Mechanism for the maintenance and operation of existing permanent collections:
   (1) The exhibition cycle shall be adjusted to one year of exhibition every 3 to 5 years, with efforts made to encourage additional donations from artists or their family members.
   (2) Physical collection items shall be digitized and made available online for public viewing.

3. Eligibility for new permanent collection exhibitions:
   (1) Artist qualifications:

         A. Senior artists whose works demonstrate originality and enjoy high prestige.
         B. Outstanding domestic or international artists whose works have been recognized or recommended by relevant educational or cultural authorities.
         C. Full-time or part-time professors of fine arts at universities approved by the Ministry of Education.
         D. Artists who have received awards or honorable mentions at internationally renowned exhibitions.
         E. Other exhibitions aligned with the development of the University.
   
   (2) Donation requirement: A minimum of ten artworks must be donated.

4. Review process for new permanent collection exhibitions: All applications shall be reviewed by the Advisory Committee of the Art Center of the Library, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology.

5. Exhibition period for new permanent collections: Each exhibition may last for a maximum of three years.

6. Exhibition planning methods:
   (1) Curated independently by the Library.
   (2) Curated by the donating artist or their designated representative, subject to the Library’s approval.

7. These guidelines shall be implemented upon approval by the Advisory Committee. Amendments shall follow the same procedure.
