國立雲林科技大學圖書館藝術中心典藏展覽空間管理要點 National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Library Art Center Collection Exhibition Space Management Guidelines

一、 國立雲林科技大學圖書館藝術中心為有效管理與運用常設展覽空間，以促進藝術文化之推廣、交流和教育，特訂定本要點。

二、 既有典藏展維運機制：

(一)調整為每3-5年展出1年，並爭取藝術家及其家屬追加捐贈。
(二)實體典藏品進行數位化，供民眾線上瀏覽。

三、 新申請典藏展覽資格：

(一)藝術家資格：

1.資深藝術家，其作品具有獨創性，並具有極高名望者。

2.國內外優異藝術家，其作品經教育文化相關機關獎勵或推薦者。

3.教育部審查合格之大專院校專、兼任美術教授。

4.曾獲國際著名展覽會優選或榮譽獎者。

5.其他合於校務發展之展覽。

(二)捐贈作品：需捐贈作品十件以上。

四、 新申請典藏展審查方式：由「國立雲林科技大學圖書館藝術中心諮詢委員會」審查。

五、 新申請典藏展展覽期間：至多以3年展期為限。

六、 展覽方案：

(一)本館自行規劃策展。
(二)捐贈藝術家或其指定人員策劃，並經本館同意後辦理。

七、 本要點經諮詢委員會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

Approved at the 1st Advisory Committee Meeting in Year 113 on July 23, 2024

I. The National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Library Art Center has established these guidelines to effectively manage and utilize the permanent exhibition space, promoting the advancement, exchange, and education of arts and culture.

II. Existing Collection Exhibition Management:

(1) Adjust to exhibit for one year every 3-5 years, and strive for additional donations from artists and their families.

(2) Digitize physical collections for public online viewing.

III. New Application for Collection Exhibition Qualification:

(1) Artist Qualification:

1. Senior artists whose works are original and highly reputable.

2. Outstanding domestic and foreign artists whose works have been awarded or recommended by relevant educational and cultural institutions.

3. Full-time or part-time art professors from universities and colleges approved by the Ministry of Education.

4. Those who have won selection or honor awards at internationally renowned exhibitions.

5. Other exhibitions that are conducive to the development of school affairs.

(2) Donated Works: A minimum of ten pieces of work must be donated.

IV. New Application for Collection Exhibition Review Method: Reviewed by the "National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Library Art Center Consultative Committee".

V. New Application for Collection Exhibition Duration: Limited to a maximum of 3 years.

VI. Exhibition Plan:

(1) The Library plans and curates the exhibition independently.

(2) The donating artist or their designated personnel plan the exhibition, which is carried out after approval by the Library.

VII. These guidelines are implemented after approval by the Consultative Committee, and the same applies when amendments are made.
