國立雲林科技大學圖書館雲薈廳借用要點 National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Library Borrowing Guidelines for the Library Art Mosaic Hall

一、 本校圖書館雲薈廳為使空間及設備資源共享,提供校內外團體借用服務。

二、 為符合圖書館雲薈廳推廣多元藝文活動服務暨師生成果發表交流之場地使用目的,校內外團體於申請策展活動,請配合下列規定事項:

(一)繳交申請書、活動企劃書
校內外團體於申請策展,請詳填借用申請書、展覽活動企劃書及展佈數位圖檔供審查,經審查核准後借用。
(二)雲薈廳借用原則
1. 優先提供圖書館及校內單位使用,如教育部計畫成果發表、行政單位、教學單位、社團暨師生創作發表展示。
2. 校外團體為推廣圖書館服務及藝文展覽活動,請以公函簽辦核可後借用。
3. 不符合借用注意要項:
(1)違背法令或本校規定。
(2)有安全顧慮者。
(3)與原申請內容不符者。
(4)其他經圖書館認定不宜使用者。

三、 展場佈置:申請單位需提供場佈示意圖檔經圖書館審核同意後,自行負責佈置;於展出前一日完成佈展,展覽作品應於結束次日撤場,展出期間本館不負保管責任。

四、 申請人應依圖書館規定使用場地,如不依規定使用而致使場地有所損壞者,申請人應負賠償責任。

五、 展出之請柬、海報等文宣資料,由申請人自行印製。

六、 展出作品之包裝、運輸及保險由申請人自行負責。

七、 申請人如欲舉辦開幕、茶會、剪綵等儀式,請與圖書館協調辦理。

八、 展覽期間,申請人應派員在場維護作品及向參觀者解說,並請注意禮貌態度,展覽結束後應負責清理場地,恢復原狀。

九、 本要點如有未盡事宜,由圖書館與申請單位主管協議之。

十、 本要點經圖書資訊處主管會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。

1. The Art Mosaic Gallery of the University Library is open for use by both internal and external groups to promote resource sharing of space and equipment.

2. To align to promote diverse arts and cultural activities and provide a venue for showcasing the achievements of faculty and students, internal and external groups applying to hold exhibitions must comply with the following regulations:

   (1) Submission of application form and event proposal
Groups must fill out the application form and exhibition proposal in detail and provide digital images of the exhibition layout for review. Use of the venue is subject to approval after evaluation.

   (2) Usage guidelines for Art Mosaic Gallery

  • Priority is given to the Library and university-affiliated units, such as presentations of Ministry of Education project outcomes, administrative and academic units, student clubs, and faculty/student creative work showcases.
  • External groups applying to promote library services or arts and cultural exhibitions must submit an official letter and obtain approval before using the space.

  • The following are disqualifying conditions:

    A. Violation of laws or university regulations.
    B. Potential safety concerns.
    C. Discrepancies from the original application content.
    D. Other situations deemed inappropriate by the Library.

3. Exhibition setup: Applicants must provide a layout diagram for review and approval by the Library. Once approved, applicants are responsible for their setup. The setup must be completed the day before the exhibition begins, and all exhibits must be removed the day after the exhibition ends. The Library is not responsible for safeguarding items during the display period.

4. Applicants must use the venue under the Library regulations. Any damage caused by improper use will require the applicant to compensate for the damages.

5. Printed materials such as invitations and posters must be produced by the applicant.

6. Packaging, transportation, and insurance of the exhibited items are the responsibility of the applicant.

7. If the applicant wishes to hold an opening ceremony, tea party, ribbon-cutting, or similar event, arrangements must be coordinated with the Library in advance.

8. During the exhibition, the applicant should have staff present to maintain and safeguard the exhibits, guide visitors, and demonstrate courteous behavior. After the exhibition, the applicant must clean up the venue and restore it to its original condition.

9. Any matters not covered in these regulations shall be resolved through consultation between the Library and the responsible supervisor of the applicant unit.

10. These regulations shall take effect upon approval by the Supervisory Meeting of the Office of Library and Information Services. The same procedure applies to future amendments.
