第一條 國立雲林科技大學(以下簡稱本校)圖書館藝術中心為辦理優質藝文展覽以推展提升校園師生及社區人文藝術素養,並為藝術典藏品之蒐集、管理、保存等業務推行,特訂定本要點。
第二條 本諮詢委員會(以下簡稱諮委會),其任務如下:
(一)協助年度展覽案件甄選審查與諮詢指導。
(二)協助典藏品管理維護之諮詢指導。
(三)推展結合校內外藝文展覽資源諮詢事宜。
(四)協助常設展覽之諮詢指導。
第三條 本諮委會置委員五至七人,以圖書館館長為召集人、並由校內相關領域人員2-3人以及聘請校外藝術相關專業委員2-3人擔任之。本會召集人為會議主席。召集人因故不能主持會議,得指定委員一人代理之。
第四條 本諮委會外聘專業委員應具下列資格之一:
(一)從事藝術研究、藝術創作之經驗並有藝術品鑑識能力者。
(二)從事國內外藝術品、博物館、美術館、古文物等相關研究,具鑑識能力者。
第五條 本諮委會每年召開會議以一次為原則,必要時得召開臨時會議。各議案之議決,應有二分之一以上委員出席,出席委員二分之一以上之同意可行之。
第六條 本諮詢委員會委員為兩年一聘,為無給職,但校外委員得酌支會議出席費及交通費。
第七條 本要點提諮委會討論通過,呈校長核定後實施,修正時亦同。

Article 1: The Art Center at the Library of National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as Yuntech) is officially established to organize exhibitions of high-quality artwork to promote and enhance the cultural and artistic literacy of campus faculty, students, and the community. It is also intended for the collection, management, and preservation of art collections. These guidelines are specifically formulated for the aforesaid purpose.
Article 2: The tasks of this Advisory Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) are described as follows:
(1)To provide assistance in the selection, review, and advisory guidance of annual exhibition cases.
(2)To assist in the advisory guidance for the management and maintenance of the collection.
(3)To promote the consultation on integrating internal and external art exhibition resources. (4) To provide consultation and guidance for permanent exhibitions.
Article 3: The Committee consists of five to seven members, with the Dean of the Library serving as the convener. It includes 2-3 staff members from relevant fields within the university, along with 2-3 externally appointed professional members from the field of art. The convener of the Committee serves as the chairperson of the meetings. If the convener is unable to preside over the meeting due to any reason, they may designate a member to act on their behalf.
Article 4: The externally appointed professional members of the Committee should possess one of the following qualifications:
(1) They should have sufficient and practical experience in art research, art creation, and the ability to appraise artworks.
(2) They should devote themselves to research studies related to domestic and foreign artworks, museums, art galleries, ancient artifacts, etc., with appraisal ability.
Article 5: The Committee holds meetings on a yearly basis. However, temporary meetings can be convened when necessary. Besides, More than half of the members should approve of the resolution of each proposal with the consent obtained from more than half of the attending members.
Article 6: The Committee members’ appointment term of office is two years long. Although the position is unpaid, external members may be given a meeting attendance fee and transportation expenses.
Article 7: These guidelines are discussed and approved by the Committee, and they are implemented after the President of YunTech approves of them. The same case applies when amendments are made.
