Bring the form, 2-inch photo, and copy of the graduation certificate to the circulation counter on the first floor to apply for the alumni library card.
The cost of production is NT$300, and the security deposit is NT$2000 (if you have a signature guarantee by the in-service teacher, free of security deposit.)
After three working days, use the ID card to receive the alumni card when the opening hours.
