How to deal with the loss of a book?

You have to buy a new one same as the original book or the latest version of the book. If the book is out of print, you have to pay 5 times the book price or relevant proof of the book being out-of-print then the library can accept the book as compensation.

Before the report to the library of the loss of a book, the book is overdue you have to pay for the overdue processing fee. After the report of the loss of a book, if you fail to purchase a replacement within 30 days for domestic publications or within 90 days for foreign publications, the overdue processing fee must also be paid.
