How to borrow the periodicals and reference books designated by professors?

30 minutes before the end of service hours, the circulation counter will end the general book borrowing, and start to periodicals and reference books designated by professors.
The number of borrowed volumes: including the reference books designated by professors and periodicals, no matter whether single or bound volume and current or expired. Every college student can borrow 2 books, and faculty and graduate students can borrow 5 books. The other readers can only read in the library.
Borrowed period: overnight return. After borrowing the periodicals have to return within 2 hours after the start of the service hours the next day. In case of a closed day, it will be postponed. Overtime will be punished, every book and hour for 5 dollars less than 1 hour is regarded as 1 hour.
