How long is the borrowing period for the library card of Yunlin, Chiayi, and Changhua Interlibrary Cooperative Alliance? How to use it?

The borrowing period of the library card of the Interlibrary Cooperative Alliance is the same as the book. 1 person can borrow up to 3 at the same time. You can go to the Alliance libraries with the Interlibrary card and use their collection or borrow 5 books. The borrowing period is 2 weeks and can not be renewed.
