What kind of responsibility will bear, when infringing the copyright of others?

Infringing the copyright may bear Civil and/or criminal liability. What is the action of infringing the copyright? Such as using others’ works and infringing the regulation of the Copyright Act, not obtaining the agreement for the owner of the copyright, or authorizing, and it is not fair use will infringe the copyright of others.

Therefore, it does not mean that the actions of the campus and non-profit will not infringe the copyright. In principle, one must be careful of copyright, when using others’ works. Unless it is a fair use or it will bear the responsibility of infringing the copyright.
