Why can't we receive the notification letter (e-mail) from the library and how to solve it?

The notification letter from the library is sent via E-mail. Some situations may make the mail to be undeliverable:

  1. The mailbox server has classified the mail into trash mail. It usually happens in the free mailbox.
  2. Your mailbox capacity has already been full, so you cannot receive another mail.

Here are some advice for you:

  1. Please check the [trash mailbox] first. If the library mail is in the [trash mailbox], you can set it as not trash mail. Then the system will not classify library mail as trash mail.
  2. Please set up [library@yuntech.edu.tw] as your email contact person, it can decrease the above situation.
  3. You can set up another E-mail address for the library. Log in to library homepage>My homepage>Update personal information>Common use Email key in another Email address. Then the library could send one more notification letter to you at the same time.
