24小時自學悅讀室管理要點 Guidelines for the Management of the 24-Hour Self-Study Reading Room

一、 國立雲林科技大學圖書館(以下簡稱本館)為提供讀者24小時自學環境，特訂定本要點。

二、 開放時間：

(一)學期中24小時開放。
(二)農曆春節期間不開放。
(三)寒暑假或特殊情況無法開放時，將另行公告。

三、 開放對象：本校現職在學之教職員工生。

四、 注意事項：

(一)24小時自學悅讀室禁止攜帶飲料、食物。
(二)個人物品應自行妥為保管，本館不負保管責任。
(三)因應並配合學校節能措施，空調設定每2小時即關閉，如有需求，讀者可自行開啟。
(四)使用自學悅讀室，以1人1座位為限，不得以物品占用位置，若發現離席30分鐘以上者，本館得逕行將該座位私人物品清出，且不負保管責任。
(五)自學悅讀室之所有財產皆屬學校所有，請愛惜使用，如有破壞、竊盜等情事，將依校規懲處並依法求償。
(六)使用自學悅讀室須保持安靜，違者悉依「國立雲林科技大學圖書館圖書資源借閱及違規要點」懲處。

五、 本要點經圖書委員會議通過，陳請校長核定後實施，修正時亦同。

To provide readers with a 24-hour self-study environment, the Library of National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as "the Library") has established these guidelines.

2. Opening Hours

1. Open 24 hours during the regular semester.

2. Closed during the Lunar New Year holiday.

3. During winter and summer breaks or under special circumstances, availability will be announced separately.

3. Eligibility

The reading room is open to currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff of YunTech.
 

4. Rules and Regulations

1. No food or beverages are allowed in the 24-hour self-study reading room.

2. Personal belongings should be kept secure by the users themselves. The Library is not responsible for any loss or damage.

3. In line with the university's energy-saving measures, the air conditioning is set to turn off every two hours. Users may turn it back on as needed.

4. Each person may occupy only one seat. Leaving items to reserve a seat is prohibited. If a user is absent for more than 30 minutes, the Library reserves the right to remove their personal belongings without assuming responsibility.

5. All equipment and property in the reading room belong to the university. Users are expected to treat them with care. Acts of damage or theft will be subject to university disciplinary action and legal compensation.

6. Silence must be maintained in the reading room. Violations will be handled under the "Regulations for Borrowing Library Resources and Disciplinary Actions" of the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Library.

These guidelines shall be implemented upon approval by the Library Committee and ratification by the University President. The same procedure shall apply for any amendments.
